Preventive genomics looks for inherited risk before a disease is obvious, or before a family story is complete. Examples on our hub include hypertrophic cardiomyopathy context, familial hypercholesterolemia, and selected KRAS/EGFR panels. These are not the same as a PGx dosing report.
A preventive panel can change screening, not just a tablet dose. That is why we keep it in its own domain and ask people to enquire or open a named test rather than treat it as a default add-on to saliva PGx.
