CPIC guidelines
Why 30M reports use CPIC clinical practice guidelines for gene–drug dosing notes.
CPIC is the Clinical Pharmacogenetics Implementation Consortium. It publishes peer-reviewed gene–drug guidelines so a clinician can act when a genotype is already in hand. CPIC does not tell you whether to order a test. It tells you what to do if you have the result.
30M reports use those guidelines so the PDF is not a raw variant list. A doctor should see notes they can apply or consciously set aside. The report does not replace clinical judgement, other labs, or the indication for the drug.
- Guideline-backed gene–drug pairs.
- Written for clinicians, not for self-dosing.
- Paired at 30M with FDA-approved, India-relevant markers.
- Human verification of utility before the report is treated as actionable.
If you searched “CPIC pharmacogenomics” or “CPIC dosing India”, this is the frame we use. Ask your clinician to read the report against the current medicine list, not against a headline.
