Sample and data control

  • You control your sample and your data.
  • All samples are securely destroyed 90 days after we provide the specific genetic test report.
  • Research or commercial use of your sample is opt-in. Nothing about the test you booked changes if you decline.
  • If you consent to research, de-identified data may be pooled with other participants. You may withdraw at any time. No compensation is paid for research participation.

Information we collect

  • Personal information: name, address, mobile number, email, date of birth, and self-reported health information.
  • Genetic information from the test you booked. Research use of that information requires your consent.
  • Website usage through cookies, logs, and similar technologies.

How we use information

  • To deliver the test and report you asked for, and to improve those services.
  • To meet legal, licensing, and regulatory duties.
  • For research and new product development only if you opt in.
  • We do not share information with third parties for law-enforcement or public-interest requests unless we receive a valid court order.

How samples are tracked

  • Data is captured into a unique QR code.
  • The sample is tracked by that QR code throughout processing.
  • Personal information is delinked from the sample identifier.
  • Reports are password-protected. Only you (or a clinician you share with) should access them.
